Our payments are made through PayU. The following payment methods are accepted:

SHIPPING
• National: We ship to all of Colombia, with additional cost and a delivery time of 20-25 business days.
• International: We offer shipping to Mexico, USA, with additional cost and a delivery time of 25-30 business days.
At the time of checkout, you will not see any customs charges on your order. Additional taxes and duties may apply post-purchase. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot provide import cost estimates as they differ widely from country to country. Please note that understanding such import restrictions and paying any associated costs is considered the buyer's responsibility. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for current charges prior to placing your order or visit duty calculation websites such as www.dutycalculator.com Please note... We aim to meet these delivery times, but during busy periods deliveries may take slightly longer, as well as when force majeure events such as extreme weather conditions occur. However, we work hard to ensure that these unforeseen events do not impact your delivery time. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages as a result of specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
EXCHANGES/RETURNS
We do not accept exchanges or returns on SALE items, perfumes, colognes, beauty products and underwear for hygiene reasons. If your return or exchange does not involve any of the above, please note that the items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent, containing the original packaging, labels and corresponding tags.
How to make an exchange? We accept exchanges and returns only when the items received were not those purchased at the time of purchase and their size or color does not correspond to the order. If your item meets these conditions, you have 5 business days to notify us of your problem, and in case of approval of the return you have another 3 additional days to make the shipment. Refunds are processed by PayU to the original payment method.
