Exchanges / Returns
We do not accept changes or returns on items from SALE, perfumes, colognes, beauty products and intimate clothing for hygiene reasons. If your return or exchange does not imply any of the above, keep in mind that the items must be returned in the same state in which they were sent, containing the original packaging, labels and corresponding labels.
WHEN DO WE ACCEPT EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

WHAT IS THE TIME LIMIT TO MAKE A RETURN?
From the first day of receipt of the items, you have 5 business days to notify us of your inconvenience, and in case of approval of the return you have another 3 additional days from the day of approval to make the shipment.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO RECEIVE MY MONEY WHEN I MAKE A REFUND?
No, if the item received meets the return or exchange characteristics; An equal item will be delivered to you within a time limit of 30 business days and if the item becomes out of stock you can exchange it for something of the same or higher value, paying the surplus.
HOW DO I MAKE A SHIPPING?
As soon as your return or exchange is approved, we will send you an email notifying you of the address to which you must return. Please note that we only accept returns sent by a system that certifies delivery.
WHEN DO I RECEIVE AN ITEM OF MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
You will be delivered an item equal to the one purchased within a time limit of 20 business days and you will receive a confirmation email as soon as we make the shipment
