Our payments are made by PayU. The following means are accepted:

- Credit cards: Visa, Diners, Master Card, American Express.
- Bank debt through PSE.
- Payment in cash through Efecty and Baloto. If you want to make your payment by paypal, do not hesitate to contact us via WhatsApp to generate your payment link:
National: We ship to all of Colombia, with an additional cost and a delivery time of 20-25 business days.

International: We offer shipments to Mexico USA, with an additional cost and a delivery time of 25-30 business days.

At the time of purchase, you will not see any customs charges on your order. Additional taxes and duties may apply after purchase. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are unable to provide import cost estimates as they differ widely from country to country. Please note that understanding such import restrictions and paying any associated costs is considered the responsibility of the buyer. Please note ... Our goal is to meet these delivery deadlines, but during busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer, just like when force majeure events such as extreme weather conditions occur. However, we work hard so that these unforeseen events do not affect your delivery time. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages as a result of specific delivery instructions left with the carrier.
We do not accept changes or returns on items from SALE, perfumes, colognes, beauty products and intimate clothing for hygiene reasons. If your return or exchange does not imply any of the above, keep in mind that the items must be returned in the same state in which they were sent, containing the original packaging, labels and corresponding labels.

¿How to make a change?

We accept exchanges and returns only when the items received were not those purchased at the time of purchase and their size or color does not correspond to the order. If your item meets these conditions, you have 5 business days to notify us of your inconvenience, and in case of approval of the return you have another 3 additional days to make the shipment. Refunds are processed by PayU to the original payment method
